Sauvignon Blanc 2025

from NZ$16.00

Fresh cut meadow hay. Bright rich box hedge, thistle and pea straw with hints of tomato leaf and rock melon. Some luscious flavours, umami, mineral fruit weight with a touch of jalapeño and tropical flavours. All wound up with supine crunch and invigorating acidity - simply sensational!

2025 was a stunning growing season, long, hot and dry. The tractor hadn’t seen this type of summer since the drought of the 1970’s - when grapes were first planted in Marlborough. 50 years on it was ‘hay in a day’, with the El Niña providing the most perfect conditions and the return to balanced crop loads.
